How are you doing this great day?Thanks for getting back to me,am moving from New York where i live and work to Canada for vacation which i will spend close to 4 months starting from January,After my vacation then will come my big move to Canada so i will need the home for a long stay if possible which i also wish to confirm from you if the house will be available for?

How are you doing today?Am really very sorry to inform you that my payment was not been issued out to like i did informed you earlier,it will be issued out to you by Monday while you will get it Tuesday 15th December cos of the accident i was been involved in during the week.
My boss made the decision to hold the payment when he had i was been hospitalized after my accident.I will also inform you as thing get on while am getting better day by day.

How are you doing and hope everything is going fine on your side? My boss has already issued out the payment to u and would be delivering today..it was sent to you via Fedex and i have the tracking number for you so you can track via www.fedex.com/us and see things your self 798232766984 But there was a little problem which i guess we can handle with understanding...When i contacted my boss to know maybe the check has already been sent ,i got to know that there was a misinterpretation while sending the check.According to the instruction i gave him,he was suppose to have send you a check for rent but in the process he made a mistake by sending along my flight ticket fee as well as some little expenses i need to incure with your money. He claimed that he thought i said he should send you a check for all the money But i know very well i told him to send just your payment,but i guess he didn't get it straight. But that should not be problem as i have seen you can be trusted.
Moreover,the deal is on and we will get through it.what will happen is that ,once you get the check and cash it, deduct your first month rent as agreed and also deduct extra $45 for your running around for me...This $45 is just to compensate you cus you will need to run around in getting the excess money sent to my travel agent and i guess i more appreciation can be done as soon as i get to Canada cus it takes faithfulness for things like this to work which i believe you can handle After deducting the rent You will now
forward the extra money directly to my travel agent immediately. It should be sent via western union money transfer...Also have
the western union charges deducted from my money and not from the compensation am giving you...I hope you will accept my lil way of having you compensated..lol.thanks alot for being there..here is my travel agent information you will be sending money to Travel agent information

So I received check by FedEx sent by Kenneth Kanouse from USA ,Remitter Debbie Leo and I am suposed to send money now by Western Union to Joshua Reed .HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I wonder how much costed them to send that check by FedEx. Check was from JPMORGAN CHASE BANK,N.A. with screwed up date.
